Description:

Capgemini is seeking experienced Middleware Administrators to manage, configure, and support middleware software platforms critical to enterprise applications. These platforms include IBM WebSphere, JBoss, Apache, Tomcat, IBM HTTP Server, and others. The role involves performance monitoring, troubleshooting, upgrades, and ensuring security and high availability across middleware infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain middleware software including WebSphere, JBoss, Apache, Tomcat, IBM HTTP Server.
• Monitor middleware performance and troubleshoot issues in application and infrastructure layers.
• Perform system tuning, patches, and upgrades for optimal performance and security.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to support application deployments and integrations.
• Document middleware architectures, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Implement disaster recovery and high availability strategies.
• Automate routine tasks using scripting languages such as Shell, Python, or PowerShell.
• Ensure compliance with IT security protocols and company policies.
